Inspired by my formal training in Ayurveda during my time at Four Seasons Resort Maldives, we serve healthier versions of Middle Eastern and Mediterranean classics. For example, our premium low-carb basmati rice is steamed with cinnamon sticks, onions, and sunflower oil instead of ghee, letting natural flavors shine. We invest in high-quality ingredients and craft everything from scratch — free from artificial coloring, improvers, or premixes.
